Starting my day off with a healthy smoothie, and some water.  Water is my biggest challenge.  I don't drink nearly enough of it.  I have been trying to flavor it a bitbwith fruit, which helps, but I have to get better at drinking it.  That's my goal this week; drink more water.  That along with getting my full 10k steps a day in on my fit it, will greatly improve my health.  I know from experience that these two things alone are fantastic weight loss tricks.  I'll add more in next week, but these will definitely be a great start.
