So I did this challenge last year, and was doing really well.  Then I got pregnant.  It was certainyl the best thing to happen to me, but I quit the challenge.  Funny thing is, I shouldn't have.  I lost 15lbs during the pregnancy, and another 15lbs after giving birth.  Now my daughter is 2 months old, and I notcide that I have been starting to put some lbs back on.  I don't want this to happen, for many reasons.  I have listed them below...

  • I want to be in better shape, so I can play with my daughter, and will be around for a while.
  • I would like to like how I look, and feel comfortable with myself again.
  • I am getting married.  I want to wear a size 10 or 12 dress.  That's a very attainable goal, as long as I work at it.
  • Health

I know, it's weird to make a bullet point list, but I like lists.  They help me concentrate on the goal.
