Ever since the temperature has dropped my water intake has suffered. I have been drinking coffee, kombucha, hot tea, sletzer but not as much water as usual.

 

Would you believe that my skin is soooo much more dehydrated and dry since I have decreased my water intake? You know what else has increased??? My cravings, huh imagine that...less water more cravings/hunger.

 

Moral of the story is drink half your body water in ounzes of water daily to combat hunger, dryness, constipation, dehydration, and in gneral improve your overall health. At very least you will get more steps (exercise) walking to the bathroom every hour or so.
