
Here's my challenge to you!!
Find something that works for YOU!!! That will work forever, not just for a few months or until you lose the weight. Find something that you can feel good about and that you can maintain for your lifetime.
Those fad diets don't work, going to the gym without a plan and still eating mindlessly or starving yourself doesn't work, all of the shakes, zumba classes, fasting, whatever won't work if you are gritting your teeth and clenching your fists the entire time. It just won't work. If it did work then you would be where you want to be and not be here in this challenge.
So, let's kick off this challenge on January 19 with one goal that you can realistically maintain and build on. What do you think a realsitic goal would be.....
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water?
Workout for 30 minutes a day (that would be 3 times - Friday, Saturday, Sunday)?
Don't eat out?
Eat a balanced breakfast?
Get at least 7 hours of sleep?
Take a yoga class?
