With Halloween behind us, we are now faced the turkey laden, gravy covered, sugar crusted Holiday Season. While it is perfectly normal (and expected) to indulge a little on holidays, you have to be careful of all the treats that will seem to appear from thin air during the 2 month season.

Thankgiving and Christmas are only 2 days, but  there is a constant stream of treats, parties and get togethers that can wreck havoc on your fitness.  I know just this week we have already had cake and donuts in the office and its only Tuesday.   During this time I try to plan my "cheat meals" so I can enjoy my holiday and a party here and there. But when I am faced with the never ending office treats I ask myself one question, "Would I want this if it wasnt in front of me?". Most of the time the answer is no! Don't be a victim of circumstance. Let's not let a sweet opportunity turn into a fat behind.  By asking this ONE question we will have a hand up on tempation this year. We can enjoy the season without regret. Happy Holidays and Happy Losing.
