Wanting so many bad foods right now...

Hi Nicole! I loved your post. I can really relate to wanting to eat sooooo many bad things. On Monday i think i spent a straight hour telling my coworker every single food i wanted to eat! But it has gotten easier, I'm not craving sugar as much since i cut it out of my diet and now when i eat i think of it as nourishment for my body, not neccesarily eating something delicious. Keep up the awesome work! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Thanks Jessica! I ended up eating a bowl of raspberries because I needed something sweet. It did the trick and the good thing is I got rid of everything chocolate in my house the night before the challenge started so I didn't even have any way to cheat other than eating some fruit... I know I am in with-drawl period right now and I just have to get through it. I appreciate the encouragement!
