"Do you want me to sign us up for something horrible again and not tell you until it's done?"  My BFF replies, "LOL  please don't do that yet...no body building, either.  Or biking, swimming.  None of that crazy sh--!"  I relented and just gently pleaded, "Take a look at diet bet."

That was about 15 minutes ago.

On May 3,2015, we ran our first marathon.  I turned 50 on May 13 and that was on my bucket list.  I signed us up for The Flying Pig in Cincinatti.  Because that's when I was going to run a marathon, when pigs fly.

I'm quite sure I'm the only marathoner in history that trained backwards.  Each grueling week got harder, and I got slower.  I gained weight.  I stopped running after the marathon and gained even more weight.  The last time I lost weight was to hit my goal weight about 3 years ago- it was a Biggest Loser challenge in my homeschool support group.  Money and fame was involved so I entered and won 3 months later.

A few days ago, very frustrated with myself and taking inventory of how and why I lost that weight, I googled weight loss challenges and voila!  I submitted my weight photos a few minutes ago.

Time to train forward.
