Last week I kicked up my exercise and training.  I'm hoping to see the difference on the scale later this week; however I noticed a huge difference in my 5k running time.  Yesterday I finished the Biggest Loser 5k run/walk in Eau Claire, WI, shaving seven minutes off my time and achieving my personal best time of 40:02.  This has given me the determination and drive to train for my first half marathon.  I can't wait to begin the training.
