This month has been a series of curveballs. One right after the other for me. I did really well in the beginning, keeping myself focused. But after the second family funeral in two days time.. I have lost all sense of direction. I know where I need to be but I am now so far away from it I really think that all is lost for this bet. I will re-center myself and do the best that I can with the time I have left. And then I will go from there. Kudos to you for righting your ship and getting where you need to be. Any dental pain is terrible!

How crazy are we?? We work our tails off (literally) to lose weight and then reward ourselves.. with ICE CREAM and the likes. It looks like you have some great changes coming down the line. Good luck to you!
