At this point, exercise and fitness are always going to be harder for me than the clean eating low-carb lifestyle I'm working at adopting. Yes, I'm addicted to carbs, and it's beyond difficult to say no to them each day, but exercise is even harder. I have one bad knee and one horrible knee...along with a bad back. Every time I see some kind of fitness thing I'd like to try, I get two minutes in and my knees are like NOPE WE CAN'T.
Does anyone have any tips for this? I'm saving up money to buy a bike, because I do enjoy biking. Other than that, I have been doing yoga/stretching videos (which are already hard for me, as some of the poses are frustrating and hurt. I know it says don't stretch to the point of hurting, but it's kind of hard when everything already hurts, haha.)
I've been doing girl pushups and trying to do some cardio dance videos on youtube, but even the dance videos hurt my knees when any kind of squatting is involved.
I'm not trying to make excuses here. I just want to find something that works to help with weight loss.
