
Busy weekend filled with lots of food and drinks and no workouts. Time to make up for all that all week!
Mondays are easy to get distracted with all the work you have to catch up with and emails to go through. Make sure you schedule your workouts in your calendar for the whole week and stick to it!
Here's my workout schedule for the week:
Monday: Butts & Guts Class @ 1pm
Tuesday: Morning Cardio (possibly) @ 6am
Barre Class @ 11:30am
Wed: TNT Circuit Training Class & Absolution @ 12pm
Thurs: Bootcamp Class @ 1pm
Fri: TNT Circuit Class @ 11:30am
Sat: TRX Class & Zumba @ WPD @ 8:30am
I will try to get some morning cardio in Tues-Fri. It's important to do both cardio and strength training.
If you enjoy workout classes like I do, look into the Warrenville Park Districk Flex Pass or Elite Pass. It's very affordable and their classes are great!

Meals are a bit tough this week. I did all my shopping but didn't have time to make the meals. I started classes last week and now have to bring lunch AND dinner with me to work on Mon/Wed/Thurs.
Here's my meal plan for the day:
Mon: Breakfast - Oatmeal/PB/Apple/Coffee&Creamer
Lunch - Uncrustable reduced sugar/light string cheese/fiberone bar/yogurt
Snack - Orange/PB Granola/Goldfish
Dinner - Turkey taco muffins/protein bar
Drink 8 glasses of water
