In exploration of some if the exercise classes my job offers. Had me explorer workouts outside of the gym. I went to the gym after work on Wednesday and worked out for about an hour and felt pretty good. The next day I took a MMA class which had me sweating bullets after the first 15min warmup. And I was completely exhausted after class. I highly recommend taking a marshal arts class. It works out every muscle in you body and is a great way to learn how to defend yourself.

Sign in to CommentI started doing martial arts several years ago. Then due to schedules changes that having kids brings I was stopped for a year. I just recently started back and am loving it as much as before. I have greater confidence in my self and knowing self defense is a great tool. I'm in much greater shape than I was before and yes it works out your whole body!
