In exploration of some if the exercise classes my job offers. Had me explorer workouts outside of the gym. I went to the gym after work on Wednesday and worked out for about an hour and felt pretty good. The next day I took a MMA class which had me sweating bullets after the first 15min warmup. And I was completely exhausted after class. I highly recommend taking a marshal arts class. It works out every muscle in you body and is a great way to learn how to defend yourself.
