I started doing martial arts several years ago. Then due to schedules changes that having kids brings I was stopped for a year. I just recently started back and am loving it as much as before. I have greater confidence in my self and knowing self defense is a great tool. I'm in much greater shape than I was before and yes it works out your whole body!
