Oh my, it's only day two and I am sooooo sore!  But that's a great thing, right?

 

It was BACK DAY, so I did DB bent over rows with 25's, cable lat pulldowns at 70...both three sets of 12. 45 degree roman chair back hyperextensions holding a 10 pound plate, three sets of 20.  Ab work of three sets of 20 crunches, three sets of 20 oblique hyperextensions on the 45 degree roman chair holding a 10 pound plate and three one-minute planks.  Followed by a 35 minute level three interval hill program on the recumbent bike that spanned 7.29 miles.  (What is that...about a 12.5 MPH pace?  Does anyone know...do I need to try to improve my speed before or after advancing levels?  I've never been a fast cyclist, but I'd like to get back to about 15MPH.))

 

Did I say that I'm soooo sore?  Come on tomorrow...it's SHOULDER day next!  I figure if I just keep pushing through, that I will eventually push past the pain.  Right?  ;)
