My new way to keep me moving. I have a strength trainer and a few weeks back a added a running coach to the mix. she wears a fit bit like my self and started inviting me to challenges. She's a good 20years or so younger than myself and Im very competitive so I'm walking/running my butt off to keep up with her. 

Total steps for the workweek thus far 49649, I reached my step goal around 10am this morning. 

Had today off so I took advantage and have been moving all day to keep a head of her. Two showers and three outfit changes later im ready for a break. 

New goal for the rest of this challenge is: If the tv is on im standing and walking in place jogging MOVING. 

Exhausted...time to refuel...
