The park is not just for kids, its for parents who need to fit in exercise. I rode my bike with my son to the park (about 1 mile). While my son was playing, I got butt in motion. I did 3 sets of bench dips. If there are not any benches, you can use picnic tables or the little stairs at the park. After benc dips, I used the same bench for push ups (3 sets too). My last work out was step ups, 3 sets each leg. The park has a ton of equipment that's great for exercising. The monkey bars can be used for pull ups. If your park has a bridge, you can use the handle bars for dips. Of use a set of stair handles for dips too. My park also has a climbing wall and horizontal climbing wall. Those horizontal climbing walls are not as easy as you think lol!! My park isn't too big so it's nice to do a couple of laps around the park while watching my kids play. After a great workout, bring out your inner child and go play with your children. Chasing them around is also a great workout and great time to bond with your child!! Have fun!!
