Still one week to go for last week of Feb 2015.

I am starting new challenge tomorrow and the last row of planning shows the intended schedule.

I am annoyed that I am sick again. (I was sick for 1 week during my first challenge , last month) .It is the same illness so I kinda know what to do this time.

Fortunately I am starting the Boosting phase (re Hormonal Timing from Buffmother.com) which is a weight maintenance phase and mainly resistance training. So I should really focus on diet.

My slow juicer should come handy to help make vitamin-full juices/smoothies as carbs are also higher in this phase.

I will be back on my normal working schedule, with a 1/2 day off...which will come handy for my resistance workout.

For the cardio, I'll probably just walk so I get moving without too much extra stress on my body that needs a rest to fight illness.

I will also do more yoga and soft gym (flexibility and mobility).
