Here I am again, in the mood for trying to do something for my tummy skin. Once the pounds will be away, it will be even more visible.

Although I am OK with it and kinda own it, I still don't want to let go.

I have watched many youtube videos and bought special e-book on the topic.

There are so many things agains stretchmarks, BUT my concern is more the saggy loose skin that has lost its elasticity and doesn't bounce back.

It really makes me think of a the skin of the elephant.

Well, here is the plan:

-exfoliate: with a special glove(dry, every morning), with salt or sugar mixed to oil (I love it, cheap and way more efficient than commercial scrubs with 2-3 kernels here and there) 2-3/week

-massage: trying to do the rolling motion with fingers 2x/day

-Dermaroller (just bought the 1.5mm) + tripeptide copper (helps to heal and compatible with Dermaroller), probably every 3-4 weeks

What else?

RedLight therapy. First I will give a go to the above, then add in the Red Light. Although I already have one at home, I am not sure too much is still good. It is said though 3x/ week would be good.

What else?

making my own mix of potion for massaging (currently doing it with Bio Oil) : I have mostly seen cacao butter, vitamin E and aloe vera gel. BUT in the meantime and ordered a serum from Yves Rocher (intended for face) that contains a berry (sea buckthorn) known for activating elastin and collagen production.

And hopefully THIS will go away!
