Hi,

after long workouts with jillian (Shred, Body Revolution) i have found the workouts from Beachbody.

I have tried Focus T25 with Shaun, Alpha and Beta. It was great.

Hard, but i see the results, of only 25 minutes training at day.

But now i want to do something different...so i try Beachbodys Brasil butt lift.

Wow! totally different, because it has moves from dance..and i dont like to dance.

But with lambada, samba and a really cool workout for the bumbum (booty) i see that my inches and my pounds are going away really fast...

And its fun to make the workout!
