I also find that I sleep better when I exercise. Unfortunately, I find that it's difficult to get my OTHER work done when I'm exercising and spending my spoons on that. But GO, YOU for finding a great benefit; I find that I'm happier and less anxious with lots of strenuous activity, and I'm so happy to hear you say it helps you as well!Keep on keeping on; you're doing GREAT!

You can definitely get back in it even if you miss the first round. Logging my food really helps me be way more mindful of what I am eating. I not only pay attention to the calories or quantity of my food, but I am also looking at the quality of my food now. Fruits and vegetables and whole grains and lean meats are super great. They have a lot of nutrients and are dense and filling. Just being mindful of everything is a huge help in the journey. Reading ingredient lists I have found is super important. Atificial additives or things that are man made or chemical additives aren't recognized by the body and take longer to move through the system. You can do it. Just focus on adding more water, adding more whole foods and reducing some of the man-made junk. Trying to make healthy changes does not happen overnight. Just keep making little changes over time and you can build a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes it doesn't happen as fast for some as it does for others. You are doing the right thing with increasing exercise and focusing on nutrition. You have a good attitude too. It's not all about the money or end result. The process of building a healthier lifestyle is the real goal here!

So ... You are not whining! You are planning to win! And, I won only the first and last month of my last transformer and more than tripled my $$$.

That last meal is so important. It's too easy to crack at the end of being good all day. Last night I just had to go to bed so I wouldn't eat. Thanks for this.

Thank you, Nicole! The swelling is all gone, thankfully and most of the pain is gone, too. Gonna lay off my chest for one more week just to be sure. Not stopping my workouts, tho! How is your back?

Nicole W.

My back is good! I just noticed your post now so I'm sorry for the delay in my reply. How are things going for you? Are you close to your goal?!?
