I was in search for good workout songs that give me energy (because of the music or lyrics or both) and have just the right tempo for me to do my crunches, squats, lunges and bridges. Found some nice songs, divided them in three categories:

  1. Slow enough to do 'big' or 'hard' moves
  2. Fast enough to do simple moves (mostly four-on-the-floor)
  3. Cool down songs
