Back in January of 2014, I decided to lose weight.  I found myself at 280 lbs.  and I was unhappy and uncomfortable.   I knew I needed to make small changes at first because any diet I have done in the past, I would regain all the weight.  I was tired of yo-yo dieting.  So, on that day, I walked on the track (5 days a week) for just a mile.  By summer, I increased my walking and also included Turbo Jam into my routine.  I was tracking on Myfitnesspal and by the time 2015 hit, I was down 35 lbs.  Not bad for one year of small changes.  Now, it is the 5th month of 2015 and I am still sitting at 30 lbs. lost.  So, I have decided that show is no longer an option.  I have made the right changes, but now I must push myself.  This is my first DietBet and I really need this to help me get to the 230s.  I want to continue these until I reach Onederland.  All are welcome to join me in my journey.
