I just saw your post and read down the comments and I'm glad to see that you're feeling better. One word: Hormones! Looking back on my life, I now see how hormones affected my moods A LOT over the years. I didn't realize it at the time. And I'm not talking about the cycle. I think there's alot more to what hormones does to us, both for positive and negative, than just the cycle. Glad this yucky moment passed. Keep up the good work toward achieving your goals!!!

I think it's a lifelong battle we have with the craving monster, but after a while, "what"we crave is less harmful and more beneficial to our bodies!

Well said! Is your log on paper or on your computer? I think logging would be good for me. I lack the daily discipline to write it all down. I'm trying to figure how to do it quickly and efficiently. Any advice?
