Lot of thought went through my mind with first weight in. Should I weight in when I am heaviest during the day? After I had dinner? After I had a few glasses of water? Because that will make it easier to seem like I have lost weight, so that I won't fail...well, at last, I decide not to cheat, because I will be cheating myself at the end.

I got up this morning, went to the bathroom, & weighted myself when I was the lightest. Four percent represents 5.3 pound, & if I lost that weight, I will be so proud of myself.
