Why would you stay under 1200 calories? That's too low. You need food to fuel your body. What kind of workout/meal plan are you following?

I agree with the others about upping your calorie intake. I love using MFP to track as well since it is pretty easy and I can make my own recipes.An occasional indulgence isn't the end of the world and you can also up your exercises to give you a little more calorie budget. Net calories is what I watch.
