I have no clue because I can never find those "Ask Jen Anything" webcasts.

 

After a weekend of relative sloth due to family commitments, preceeded by a week of moderate workouts due to back issues, the scale has decided to go into reverse.

With a transformer weigh in, Shaun T.'s challenge ending this week, and the halfway mark in Jen Widerstrom's Summer Shakedown, I've seem to have fallen way behind schedule.

 

With so many milestones coming up panick has set in and the time for common sense and sanity is over.

 

I've gone back to the original formula of meager food intake and high calorie workouts at the gym.  Today yielded 83 minutes of high heart rates in a 3 hour visit to the gym.

 

Tomorrow, I will lock myself in the gym to avoid Cinco De Drinko and the empty calories bar fare offers.
