I'm returning back to finish what I started. Finalizing a Transformer next week and starting a new round of Kickstarters. I'm doing Bri's DietBet and two others, just haven't decided yet.
At a time like this I ask myself, what would Jen do?

Three hour workout? I imagine you are tired if you do that many days a week!

I've been doing some reading. A 5k would consist of 30-40 min in a weekly session while a 10k would require at least 60-90 min. I'm starting with a 5k which I've already completed a few times until I can consistently run 3-4 miles during my sessions without much discomfort before I start the 10k.

I like the idea of doing a personal experiment with heart rate and weight loss. You might be on to something there! Good job fitting into those jeans... no matter how they fit. You got them on. :) Go, Crusher, Go!
