Decided that I was really in need of a dietbet... the timing is perfect! My dear friend (T) is getting married on August 30th and my younger sister (K) is getting married November 1st. Since I am in both weddings - and currently packing an extra 30 pounds - I really should start shedding some serious weight.

What is the plan? Simple really... STOP EATING CRAP. Honestly that would go a long way. But it's not reall that simple is it? See, I tend to be an emotional eater and emotional eating is a powerful and effective way to find temporary relief from many of life’s challenges. If it didn’t work so well, no one would do it. For real right?! It works. But since my new motto is STOP EATING CRAP I think I will have to find something else to do with my emotions. Maybe I will come on here and bore you all with more musings of a beautiful bridesmaid instead. Deal?
