I am tired of doing good for a few days and falling of the wagon days later. I need to get my weight and health in check now because it is only going to get harder. I need to lose 20 lbs and it seems like the weight crept up after my 2 kids and never left. I am tired of saying I'll start tomorrow. I'm so aggravated with myself and I want to legit do this and make it count! I hope this helps :)
