Knee surgery last Wednesday went well, they took out a little more cartilage than was expected but I'm just glad it's over. I've got an appointment to remove the stitches on Monday. That's when I'll refocus on weightloss and exercise.

 

I feel pretty heavy again after regaining around 10lbs. However, I'm happy to have kept off over 20lbs since I started dietbet. Historically I've regained weight incrediably quickly, but having a transformer game (or 3) to focus on has halted the rapid weight gain.

 

So with an eye on the future, I've joined 3 new kickstarter games where I'll have to lose between 9 or 10lbs. This should be relatively easy as I've got a lot of water weight and my diet change (from carbs to low carbs) usually loses 5lbs.

 

New target, 12th July: 218lbs. 

Method: Gym daily, gradually increasing intensity. Weight training. 50 carbs max per day.

 

Pretty simple, eh? Easier said than done.
