Started this Diet Bet today, well I actually started 2, The Transformer which is 6 months and The weekly Kickstarter, which is 6 weeks. I said what the heck, I have to start somewhere, the weight just keeps going up and I'm not doing anything but talking about it and eating more, so what can it hurt, to be held accountable. Especially, since money is a precious commodity to me, I felt this may be the incentive I needed to get this journey in motion.

Weighed in today, thought it would be about 250 lbs, it was 247 lbs, not too excited either way. My goal weight is 160 lb, I know that will change but today May 27, 2015, that is what it is. I also know that that is not attainable in 6 weeks or 6 months, but heck I have years. I am not trying to be a model just happy with myself, looking good in what I wear and being healthy. I know I should have a plan for this but I don't, I don't want another diet plan, I want a life plan. Looking for lifestyle changes that I can live with, no binging, starving myself, eating only mustard seeds, drinking tomato juice & grapes, lol...nope no fade diets or diets of the stars.

Just me and DAY 1. Let's see where this takes me!
