Friday:

-Run 3 miles after work

-Strength - IT Band Rehab

-Dinner: Turkey burger, small chips, salad (eat salad while burger is cooking)

 

Saturday:

-Granola bar for breakfast

-Do strength in the morning (arms)

-Sly Fox 5k (do some strides and warmups while waiting)

-Grab lunch at the party, can have two beers max

-Microbrew fest - 4 oz pours, can have 12 max

-Protein shake for dinner

 

Sunday

-Wake up at 8

-Granola bar for breakfast

-Strength - Core

-Bike the rail trail

-Stop by Farmer's market for lunch (chicken shwarma)

-Relax

-Go grocery shopping

-If up to it, 3 mile run

-Turkey burger, small chips, salad for dinner
