I forgot to post my exercise blogs for the third and fourth weeks of May.

 

For the third week of May I decided had chosen AeroPilates, Yoga and Tony Horton Videos.  

 

However, as the week progressed these exercise goals changed.  I still ended up sticking with 3 types of exercise for the week though.  

I was very tired most of the week because I was trying to change my sleep cycle.  I always walk between 2 and 3 miles a day, even though I haven't gotten back up to reaching my step goal every day again yet.  

 

I just exercised 3 days during this week, but I did 3 separate chosen exercises from the cateogries of AeroPilates, Yoga, and Stationary Bike.

 

One day I did a 20-30 minute AeroPilates workout.  Another day I used my Sit 'N Cycle stationary bike for 20-30 minutes.  Another day I did my own Yoga practic that I created on my own that took about 20 minutes.  I really enjoy these Yoga workouts where I go from pose to pose in my own time really getting into the stretches and grounding and centering myself and moving through different areas of the body.
