I've kept things pretty simple for this week! I had a goal just to get out and exercise 3 times a week, but I ended up going out every day except the 8th, and went twice on the 10th.

I skipped all the pop, except one when I was out grocery shopping and felt a bit gross. Other than that, it's just been water and a little bit of juice here and there.

I also chose to skip eating bread this week which wasn't as hard as I thought, and I took it easy on the pasta and rice.

I totaled 20.86km's total, so my goal for next week is to add 2 more km's to my week's total, which shouldn't be too much of a stretch.
