Saturday:

-Wake up at 6:00

-Breakfast: Coffee & granola bar

-Head into city, Pride Run (5 miles)

-Panera for lunch, Asian Salad and a pastry

-Home, relax for a bit (nap?)

-Get some cleaning done around the house

-Dinner: Turkey burger, sweet potato chips

 

Sunday:

-Sleep in

-Breakfast: coffee & granola bar

-Run 8 miles (on treadmill)

-Lunch: Turkey burger, sweet potato chips

-Get some cleaning done v2

-Go grocery shopping

-Cook dinner and prep meals for the week (dinner - Turkey and hummus panini)
