Hello world of diet-ers! I am excited to officially join my first DietBet! I've been hearing a lot about it after following some of my favorite contestants on The Biggest Loser, and was curious about what it was. This morning I decided to check it out for myself and am psyched to see what a cool idea this is! Not only does it hold us accountable to each other, it also allows for a little extra $$$ if we loose what we set out to loose! My goal for the next 4 weeks on here is to loose 5.8 lbs. Let's make it 6 to be even. In the last 2 weeks alone on Weight Watchers and going to the gym 5 days a week I have lost a grand total of 4.7 lbs so I'm pretty optimistic about this challenge. However, the closer I get to my goal weight the more difficult it is. Regardless, I am excited to see how everyone does and am going to try my best to hit my 4% or beyond! I also might be posting inspirational stuff or some recipes, because I just love trying out new foods and finding delcious and nutricious things to eat. Looking forward to meeting some of you :)
