I just moved to Maui so I am still getting into my new exercise regime, but I joined a gym and have been going 5 days a week. Usually I do 20-30 min cardio warmup followed by strength training with free weights. Each day I focus on different muscle groups so my whole body is never sore! I'm considering training for my second half marathon, but have not run in a while so am a bit hesitant!
