Did pretty good today except I wouldn't pass up free popcorn at work.  And you just gotta have a pop with popcorn.  However, I did stay within calorie allowance.  It is getting easier, a little less painful.  I am getting into the excitement of moving toward a goal and working through the challenges.  Momentum finally after pushing myself in fits and lurches.  Doesn't feel like the old ball and chain, yet.
    On the other hand, my achilles tendon, left, has flared up. I haven't been walking.  Thursday must see me at the gym.  I really don't want to lose the work-out schedule momentum. 
    I was planning a free day on the 4th, hoping to eat with abandon.  But today I though, Hold The Phone!  I don't HAVE to eat all that.  There can be other free days for some of that.  So,,,I replanned.  Now I am thinking of some indulgence, but not all out, meal after meal, snack after snack stuffing of forbidden fruits.  I think I will keep it to crudites, a few veggie hot dogs with different toppings stretched out over the day, a Dr. Pepper and later a piece of Dream Cake.  I'll save the big breakfast, chips, Tastykake Chocolate Bells and Baskin & Robbins Chocolate Mousse Royal ice cream for a free day later in the month.
    Am I really passing this up?  Me?!
