Posting for accountability, as usual. I need to lose 2.3 pounds by Wednesday, and I'm also in a stepping challenge, so I really need to focus this weekend.

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 6:45

-Run 3 miles with BCR (no going to breakfast with the group)

-Breakfast - granola bar and cofee

-Walk to and from massage appointment (1 mile each way)

-Lunch at Moe's (chicken burrito with whole grain tortilla, side of chips - need a big lunch)

-Donate blood at 1:00 (can have some cookies, Dr P, and crackers post donation)

-Head back home, take a nap

-Organize pantry

-Dinner - Turkey burger (also cook spaghetti for tomorrow)

 

Sunday:

-Wake up at 7AM

-Breakfast - Granola bar and coffee

-Get small tasks done

-Bike the rail trail (easy, full length though, ~16 miles)

-Have an english muffin with peanut butter post ride, with Nuun

-Lunch - Subway Chicken Teriyaki with spinach, bag of sun chips

-Visit friends

-Head home

-Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner
