I came, I saw, I conquered.

And then I fell.

 

I won a DietBet earlier this year, successfully losing weight and meeting my goals. I was so happy and I felt so accomplished! But then life happened and several big stressors changed my life and I found myself constantly eating my emotions and lacking motivation to work out.

I put on a lot of weight awfully fast, going from watching what I was eating and working out for at least an hour every day to eating every junk food in sight and spending most of my day sedentary. 

I've reached my breaking point and I want my life back. I can't control certain things in my life but my body and my health are two things over which I CAN take control. I can and WILL.

I'm looking forward to many life changes, hopefully happening soon. I want to FEEL good when good things finally come my way, so I am taking action now!
