
"Fake it 'til you make it" has been the theme of the last few days in my life. I'm going through a rough patch and I'm trying to fake happiness until it turns into genuine happiness. Some researchers found that, if a person smiles even when they're not happy, they tend to start to feel happiness. It's a very bizarre phenomenon; however, I want to try to apply this to the rest of my life.
I'm going to fake strength and a healthy lifestyle until I have those things down. I think it will be an interesting experiment!
