A little late! Posting for accountability as usual. Need to get 45k steps in this weekend, eek!

 

Saturday:

-wake up at 8

-Walk 2 miles

-Breakfast: granola bar and coffee

-Hair appt at 9:40

-walk around shopping center (buy something nice at Athleta)

-lunch: Subway sweet onion sandwich with chips

-Go to grocery store

-Bake cookies (can have one of each)

-Go for another walk on the TM (2 miles)

-dinner: turkey burger, no chips

-Go to party, can have two beers, be mindful of snacks

 

Sunday:

-wake up at 6:00

-breakfast: coffee and granola bar

-volunteer for race

-Post race, walk around the zoo

-Lunch- hoagie at wawa, or similar

-at home, 2 mile walk

-Get some cleaning done

-go for another 2 mile walk

-dinner: Turkey burger and chips

-walk in place as needed to get remaining steps
