My first post @Get Fit in Four with Dolvett

I've always been more round than curvy. I've worked out and tried to eat better, but I never managed to lose more than 10lbs. I'd pretty much accepted I would always be overweight until a friend convinced me to try WeightWatchers. I did it for about a year and lost 50lbs. I was within 15lbs of my goal weight when I fell off the horse. And if I'm honest with myself it was all self sabotage. Once I gained back the first 15lbs, and couldn't seem to get back on track I became really discouraged and eventually stopped trying. It's two years later and I've gained back 40 of the 50lbs I lost. This time I'm determined to get in shape and stay that way.

Look forward to round the first bend in my journey with all of you. Good luck and congratulations on taking the first step.
