My thoughts after my first weigh-in @Get Fit in Four with Dolvett

 

Just submitted my weigh-in, I was shocked to learn that I had gained not only that final 10lbs, but they brought with them nine of their friends. For the first time, I weigh more than 200lbs. I'm more than a little disappointed in myself.

Got in my first workout. Did 1.75 miles around the track using a full water bottle as weight. Then had a light dinner if veggie soup as lunch was pretty heavy and had a few extra (and unplanned) calories.

All things said not bad for my first day. Here's to each of you and tomorrow's travels.
