After yoga class today....I'm good. Wanted to do legs and HIIT after. But I'm already exhausted!

May do something later in the back yard....but it's about consistency. Not into guilt tripping myself today over not doing something more.

I got out, sweated, keeping track of food - the basics are being met. 

Plus....the lifting and HIIT from yesterday killed me....Upper arms, back, dips, chin ups, core. Surprisingly, it wasn't until this morning when I really felt it.

I do unofficial weigh-ins. The weight is coming off super-slow - which is good! The tightening is helping with the metabolism boost (I'm still always between peckish and satisfied) and the body is being feed with a good balance of interesting and healthy (MFP is helping look at the nutrition). 

Second weigh-in (officially) is on Tuesday (Week 2 start)!
