Something else you may like: Dole makes frozen chocolate covered strawberries, or bananas, or bananas with nuts. A pack of strawberries is just 60 calories, and since they're frozen, you can't eat them too fast and it's a great little after dinner treat! The bananas are higher in calories so I've only tried the strawberries. I feel the same way sometimes, cheated out of a "good" dinner (although we know that we are really only doing something good for ourselves) and having a pre-portioned, low calorie treat really helps. Other options I go for are 100 calorie bags of popcorn, protein shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or little 80 calorie packs of pistachios :)

Thanks for the recs. I'll try the choc-covered strawberries. I have a issue with nuts....I love them! And may go overboard. I do the 100 calorie popcorn bags - the Kettle Corn 100 calorie bags are good.

Check out the sparkpeople recipe app. I've loved all the ones I've tried and many of them are easy and quick. I'm not a big cook either, and I've found that if it's easy I can do it and enjoy it a lot more. Good luck!

Much thanks...I'll give it a try!
