Did pretty well. Lost weight and felt like I had a good balance.

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 6

-Get ready for yard sale

-Eat breakfast right before start: coffee and granola bar I also got 10k steps in at the yard sale!

-Snack: Belvita biscuit  I missed this

-Lunch: Turkey Burger with chips Also had a beer with lunch

-Nap (I'm sure I'll need it!)

-Get some cleaning done around the house

-Do Hip Hop Abs video Did not do this, I was just really exhausted

-Dinner: Sweet potato gnocchi and sauteed zucchini Tried to make this, but the gnocchi fell apart. Had another turkey burger with string beans and chips instead

-Walk on TM to get remaining steps Did 2 miles earlier in the day and 2 later in the day

Sunday:

-Wake up at 8

-Breakfast: coffee and granola bar

-Bike the rail trail (10-15 miles) 10.5 total, plus 1 mile walk

-Post ride - english muffin with peanut butter

-Relax a bit

-Lunch - Turkey burger with chips Had some string beans too!

-Clean some more

-Go grocery shopping

-Meal prep for the week

-Dinner: turkey and sweet potato skillet (can have a beer with) switched to a burrito bowl, which was good but too high in salt (used zatarain's black beans and rice mix instead of making my own). Also had two beers instead of one.

-Walk on TM to get remaining steps Did not need to do this, was actually over my goal (no points docked here). Instead, went pool running for the first time, which was great!

Definitely happy with how this went. I had fun, ate well, but still not a lot of deprivation. Scale showed it too!
