How many times do I need to do this before my head gets in the game??!!
Just a short 2 years ago, I was fit, healthy, and my weight was in line. I trained with a trainer 3 days per week at the gym. I loved it!!!
Fast forward. . . . . I suffered a very high fall and broke my heel. Pity party ensues and girth increases!
Friends say, well you couldn't work out! But who made me put all that food in my mouth? ME!!
I know what to do, I just need to do it!!! Hopefully, this will be the motivation I need.
I'm beginning next week with my gym membership, high hopes, positive energy, a good attitude, and crossed fingers!!!
