I know I can't be the only one!!!

Yep, I've had baked spaghetti, M&Ms, a doughnut (or 2), Starbucks, ice-cream and buttered grits.

I'm trying to hold these flavors so I don't feel deprived next week when we get going.  I know, I know. . . . .low cal food doesn't have to taste bad. . .you don't have to feel deprived. . .etc.  But sometimes nothing takes the place of a Krispy Kreme doughnut!! (big sigh)

Never fear. . . .I'm ready! Got a exercise plan, food plan, grocery list, workout clothes, and sneakers!!!
