If your reading this blog you want to do something? Changes your waist line, lose your belly fat, tone up those thighs, something or maybe everything.

I know those feelings becasue I have them everyday I wake up. I do not weigh 120 pounds and have a fit and toned body like a lot of personal trainers, but I will, or maybe I won't. I will however be fit and healthy no matter what my body decides to shape itself into.

I decided to open this diet bet to everyone from 18 to 108. I want anyone that needs that daily push or small challenge to join me. Each day will be different, from foods to steps to excersizes, there will be something for everyone and anyone will be able to do them.

I don't expect you to push out 20 sit ups or 50 push ups because I can't do that. I am fighting this WITH you, not as a leader but as a fellow team mate. Together we will advance through this game, have fun and lose weight! At the end maybe have a little jingle in the pockets for a congratualtory frozen yogurt or a new pair of shoes! :)
